Andrea Louise "Dolly" Richey 79, of Moundsville, W.V. passed away Friday April 26, 2019 with her family at her side. She was born May 11, 1939 in Glen Dale, W.V. daughter of the late Robert and Mertie Holiday Stanley. Preceded in death by her parents and her husband Robert Richey, her only son, Raymond Rutan, two brothers, Junior and Bill Stanley, and one sister Judith McGary. Donald Rex Quigley was called home by the lord Friday April 5th 2019. He was born at home in Kausooth, W.V. on February 22, 1931 to the late Lawrence and Mabel Yeater Quigley. Hethen was married to Ellen (Gilmore) Quigley for 71 years as of March 21, 2019 He is survived by two daughters and one son, Donna Lou (Terry) Logsdon, Debbie (Dave) Elson, all of Cameron. W.V. Gabriele Wright 71, formerly of Moundsville, W.V. passed away Friday, April 5th, 2019 in Brunswick, Ga. Gabriele was born in Idar-Oberstein, Germany on August 12, 1947 daughter of the late Kurt and Erna Rotzler. Gabriele was a paralegal in Germany before working in the insurance industry and as a nurse. She is survived by her husband, Larry Wright, her sons, Stephen Wright and Markus Wright (Peggy Jo) and her daughter, Kristina Wright, and two grandchildren, Presais Wrig

Carol Jean Stanton Neely 72, of Glen Easton, W.V. passed away Tuesday April 2, 2019 at home surrounded by her family. Carol was born August 12, 1946 in Philadelphia, Pa. daughter of the late Irvin David and Gloria Webber Stanton. A member of the Fork Ridge First Christian Church. Retired from Marshall County Schools as a school bus driver with 29 years of service also a self-employed hairdresser for 20 years. She was involved with Quarter Horse Congress, Marshall County F
