James "Jim" Robert Ball 81, of Moundsville, W.V. passed away Friday July 26, 2019. Jim was born May 20, 1938 in Fairmont, W.V. son of the late Dorsey & Mary Vincent Ball. He was a retired truck driver. Jim was a very well known musician in the Ohio Valley and loved to play his saxophone .
