Charles Richard "Ice Man" Woods 57 of Moundsville, W.V. passed away Saturday December 21, 2019 in Ruby Memorial Hospital due to complications of a tragic car accident. Chuck was born August 24, 1962 in Glen Dale, W.V. son of Charles Milton & Ruth Ann Trayon Woods. He was a Navy Veteran. Worked for Ormet Chemical for 17 years. Chuck was a trainer and volunteered at the Wheeling Toughman Contest for 40 years, and also was "Iceman" a participant and a three time champion 199

Betty Louise Riggle Whipkey 93, of Cameron, W.V. passed away Friday December 19, 2019. Betty was born August 9, 1926 in Marshall County daughter of Henry and Dessie Strope Riggle. She was a member of the First Christian Church and attended the Clouston Methodist Church. Betty and her husband Carl were owner and operators of the Clouston Grocery for 30 years. Kenneth "Larry" Neely 79, of Glen Easton, W.V. passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at home. Larry was born December 4, 1940 in New Martinsville, W.V. The son of Kenneth and Lillian Neely. Larry was a member of the Fork Ridge Christian Church. A retired auto body painter. He was a cowboy who loved working with his horses.
