Herbert Dwayne Minor

Herbert Dwayne Minor, 69, of Proctor, W.Va. passed away March 27th, 2017 at Wheeling Hospital. He was born January 2, 1948, son of the late Charles and Violet Allman Minor. Retired from Tree Trimming Industry. Preceded in death by infant daughter Darla Lynn Minor, infant brother Charles, two other brothers Buck and Elbert, three sisters, Jodi Richards, Hilda McKinney, and Sylvia Henthorne. Survived by two daughters, Lisa (Mark) Stentz of Lutz, Fla., and Danielle Richter of Woodsfield, Ohio, Son, Gregg (Jo) Minor of Proctor, W.Va., three sisters, Regina McKinney of Moundsville, Delores Mason, of Aleppo, Pa., and Joyce Hennen of Proctor, W.Va., four brothers, Bernard of Wheeling, Woody and Rocky of Proctor, and Bill of Moundsville, eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews and some cousins. Family will receive friends Wednesday March 29, 2017 at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 1109 2nd St. Moundsville, W,Va. from 2-4 and 6 p.m. until time of services at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Harry Midcap officiating. Interment at the convenience of the family.
