Kathy Jean Conley

Kathy Jean Rutan Conley, 55, of George's Court, Moundsville, W.V. passed away Saturday May 26, 2018 with her loving family by her side. Kathy was born April 4, 1963 in Glen Dale, W.V. daughter of the late Verl and Marjorie B. Siburt Rutan. She was employed by the Moundsville Big Lots and a Home Health Care Worker. Preceded in death by her parents, brother, Verl Rutan Jr., and nephew Andrew Anderson. Survived by her husband, Edward Lee Conley, sisters Cora (David) Durig all of Moundsville, W.V. Sandra Bill Williamson of Cameron, W.V. and Sheila Rutan companion Gary Anderson of Proctor, W.V. several nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins, and great-nieces and nephews. At Kathy's request there will be no visitation or services. Arrangements by Anderson Funeral Homes.
