Harry Thomas Jr.

Harry Thomas Jr. 86, of Moundsville, W.V. passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at home. Junior was born March 29, 1932 in Moundsville, W.V. son of the late Harry & Lucy Grimm Thomas. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict.

Retired Owner & Operator of Thomas Septic & Excavating Company and was also involved in stock car racing. Preceded in death by his wife Carol Thomas, son, Gary Thomas, nine siblings, Florence Carney, Eva West, Edna Truex, Geneva Lemasters, Marie Mason, Evelyn Truex, Carol Blake, Leroy Thomas, Elsie Thomas. Survived by two daughters, Pam Thomas & Susan "Suzie" Thomas,; two granddaughters Ginny Richmond & Brianna Thomas, three great-grandchildren, Keirstan Richmond, Koleby Richmond, Donnie Richmond lll all of Moundsville, W.V. and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation Friday November 9, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. until time of services at 6:00 p.m. with Pastor Susan Metcalf officiating at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 1109 2nd St. Moundsville, W.V. where the Moundsville Veteran Honor Guard will conduct military honors.
