Sidney Francis Baker

Sidney Francis Baker 87, of Moundsville, W.Va., passed away Tuesday December 27, 2016 at home. Sidney was born December 15, 1929 in Marshall County son of the late Walton & Katherine Hall Baker. Preceded in death by his parents and wife Dorothy Baker. He was a self-employed truck driver an a US Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. Preceded in death by two sisters Elizabeth Baker and Opal Mowery and brother Hubert. Survived by step-children Virginia Riter, Eddie Conley, and James Conley, sister Emma Crossland, nephews Bobby (Iris) Baker and Rex (Debra) Blake all of Moundsville, W.Va., nieces Linda Wilson, Jackie Pierce, Becky Simoncicm Joyce Holcomb. Family will receive friends Friday December 30, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. until time of services at 12:30 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 1109 2nd St. Moundsville, W.Va with Pastor Sherry Thomas Burton officiating, Interment in Hall Cemetery, Cameron, W.Va.
