She was born August 21, 1937 in Littleton, WV daughter of the late George and Dessie Blake Dobbs. She was self-employed Owner & Operator of many restaurants over the years. Junior Ray Neely 83, of Cameron, WV passed away Friday, January 6, 2023 in Cameron Nursing & Rehab. Junior was born July 11, 1939 in St. Louis Missouri son of the late Carl and Lona Conaway Neely. He was a member of the Cameron First Christian Church. Retired from the Fostoria Glass Company and in his earlier years worked at the Marx Toy Plant and was a guard at the West Virginia Penitentiary.
