Christy Ann Holmes 57, of Moundsville, W.V. passed away Thursday February 18, 2021 at home. She was born November 22, 1963 in Glen Dale, W.V. daughter of the late Frank Sr. & Shirley Burton Stocklask. A member of the Church of Nazarene of Moundsville. William "Bill" Carl Kinsey 78, of Moundsville, W.V. went to be with the Lord January 31, 2021 at Wheeling Hospital after a painful bout with cancer.
