Marshall County dairy farmer Merle Lee Chaplin 83, of Moundsville, W.V. passed away Monday February 17, 2020 at home. He was born June 15, 1936 in Marshall County son of the late Dane and Virginia Richmond Chaplin. Chaplin was a member of the milk marketing Cooperative for over 50 years.
