Bud Cecil

Wylie Junior "Bud" Cecil 85, of Cameron, W.V. passed away Saturday January 26, 2019 in Reynolds Memorial Hospital. Bud was born July 17, 1933 in Cameron, W.V. son of the late Wylie and Nellie Gorby Cecil. He was a member of the American Legion Post #18 Cameron, W.V. Retired from Local Labors Union #1149 of Wheeling, W.V. A member of the First Christian Church of Cameron. A U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was an Avid Coon Hunter and Fisherman. Preceded in death by his wife Patricia Ann Cecil, daughter Casandra Cecil, four sons, Keith, Paul, Wylie, Craig Stephens, daughter-in-law Vicky Cecil and son-in-law David Harris. Survived by two daughters Mona Sue Harries and Kathy (Robert) Morgan and one son, James (Georgia) Cecil all of Cameron, W.V. two sisters, Thelma (Elsworth) Sherrich of Glen Dale, W.V. and Mary Ruth Williams of Cameron, W.V. six grandchildren, Tanner, Tyler, Cassie, Cory, Kayla, Jessica and Danny, several great grand children and great-great grandchildren and some nieces, nephews and cousins. Family will receive friends Monday January 28, 2019 at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 39 Maple Ave. Cameron, W.V. from 6-8 p.m. where services will be held Tuesday January 29, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. with Pastor Jack Gray officiating. Cameron Post#18 will conduct military honors.
