William "Bill" Kinsey

William "Bill" Carl Kinsey 78, of Moundsville, W.V. went to be with the Lord January 31, 2021 at Wheeling Hospital after a painful bout with cancer. Bill was born March 3, 1942 at home in Cameron, W.V. son of the late Ronald & Kathryn (Dillaman) Kinsey. He was a 1960 graduate of Cameron High School, served 4 years in the US Navy at Patuxent Air Force Base, Va. as a medic. He was co-owner of Kinsey's General Sore in Limestone for 10 1/2 years. He retired from Culligan Water Conditioning in 2005 after 30 years in service & sales. He was a member of the Ash Ave. Church of God Moundsville, WV. Surviving are his wife, Linda (Earnest) Kinsey; one daughter, Tammy (Shannon) Schaible of Utica, Ohio; two sons, Dan Kinsey of Charleston, WV; Jeff (Becki) Kinsey of Cincinnati, Ohio; one brother, Walter (Wyvonna) Kinsey of Nitro, WV; five grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, and 4 step great-grandchildren & six sister-in-law, one brother-in-law and many nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation. A future memorial is planned.
