George Kenneth "Kenny' Gray

George Gray 84, of Wheeling, W.Va., went to heaven to be with our Lord and Savior and his wife Edith on August 3, 2017 in Viola, W.Va. He was born December 7, 1932 in Viola, W.V. son of George and Ethel Cook Gray. Kenny loved being in his garden and hunting. He was a retired laborer of Local 1149 in Wheeling and a lifetime member of the Viola Sportsman Club. Kenny was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Edith Morin Gray and an infant son, four sisters; Betty Gray, Jane Richmond, Wilma Orum, Barbara Gray and tow grand children Kenneth Williams and Christy Williams. Kenny is survived by six children; John (judy) Gray, Diane (Bill) Hall, Louella (Jerry) Williams, George Gray all of Wheeling W.V. Evey (Nick) Jones of West Alexander, Pa., three brothers; Jim (Judy) Gray, Butch (Kathy) Gray all of Wheeling, W.V. Delbert (linda) Gray of Moundsville,

two sister Linda "Linzy" Gray of Moundsville, and Mona Morris of Claysville, Pa. and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and many nieces , nephews and cousins. Family will receive friends Monday August 7, 2017 at The Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 1109 Second St Moundsville, W.V. from noon till time of services at 1:00 p.m. with pastor Chuck Swiger officiating. Burial will be held at Sand Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery. The Moundsville Honor Guard will conduct miliatary honors.
