Madelon "Scit" Jones Robinson

Madelon Elouise "Scit" Jones Robinson 97, of Cameron, W.V. passed away February 9, 2026 passed away with her loving family be her side. She was the daughter of the late Harry and Nell Hinerman Jones.

Madelon was a loving mother, and  grandmother  her grandchildren were the joy in her life.   A member of the 1st Brethren House of Prayer. Retired from Cameron Pottery and Buckheimer' Leather Factory. She was a lifetime resident of Cameron, W.V. She loved crocheting and enjoyed browsing local flea markets and yard sales.   A member of the American Legion  Ladies Auxiliary of Cameron, W.V. for over 50 years, she went above and beyond a legacy of honor she loved to serve her community, 

Preceded in death by her parents, husband, Joseph D Robinson, twin grandsons, Todd and Tracey, brothers, Gerald, Caroll, Edwin, Bobby, Alan and Dean; sisters, Kathlyn Bennett, Evelyn Anderson, Nedra Turnow, and Carolyn Jones.

Survived by one sister, Lorna Sue Snyder, brothers, Vern Jones and Ronnie Jones, sisters-in-law, Barbara and Lynne Jones. her children, Connie (Jere) Brown, Debbie (Bill) Fox, Steve (Joyce) Robinson, grandchildren, Kim, Kenette, Casey, Hanna and Tanner; great-grandchildren, Mike, Cody, Trapper, Sutton, Leighton, Easton, Lily and Waylon; great-grandchildren, Griffin, Weston, Ryker, Kendra, Knox, Kane, Abby, and Austin; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Memorial Contributions may be made to Cameron Senior Center Cameron, W.V.

A private family visitation and burial will be held at the convenience of the family with Pastor David McCombs officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 4093 Dragon Hwy, Cameron, W.V.
