Paul F. Chambers, 85, of Moundsville, WV, passed away on Friday, March 20, 2026, at Wheeling Hospital, after a lengthy and courageous battle with multiple illnesses. Anthony “Tony” Fell, 74, of Holbrook, Pennsylvania, passed away on March 18, 2026. Born on June 21, 1951, in Waynesburg, Penn sylvania, he was the son of the late Anthony and Geraldine (Cole) Fell. Tony was a 1970 graduate of Jefferson-Morgan High School, where he played football and ran track for the Rockets. Richard Lloyd "Dick" Gatts 77, of Proctor, W.V. passed away Tuesday March 17, 2026, at home.  He was born April 17, 1948, in Wheeling, W.V.  son of the late Lloyd "Jack" and Mary Wolfe Gatts. Dick retired from Micon as a mine contractor.   A veteran for the United States Army where he served as a MP.
