William E. "Bill" Burkett 87, of Moundsville, W.V. passed away Wednesday April 22, 2026 peacefully with his family by his side. Bill was born in Moundsville, W.V. son of the late William & Bueulah Richmond Burkett. Bill was a husband, father, brother, pap and great-grand pap. Retired from B&O Railroad.
