Freddie Joe Blake 59, of Wheeling W.Va. formerly of Moundsville, passed away Tuesday October 11, 2016 . Fred was born June 3, 1957 in GlenDale, W.Va, son of Carl & JoAnn Cusky Blake Pierce. Preceded in death by his father Carl, grandparents and sister Christy Streight. Survived by his mother JoAnn Pierce of Moundsville, W.Va Sadonna Blake and her two daughters Ladonna Blake of Clarksburg and Amy Blake of Columbus, Ohio; one son Michael (Ginny Lynn) Blake of Moundsville W.V.a one sister Debbie Weekly of Moundsville, brother David "Mickey" (Tammy) Blake of Flushing, Ohio and three grandchildren

Family will recieve friends from 6-8 p.m on Tuesday, October 18th with memorial service at 8pm at Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 1109 2nd St. Moundsville.
