Frances Dorotha Cook Riggs

Frances Riggs, 94 of Aleppo, Pa. Passed away Saturday November 19, 2016 in Reynolds Memorial Hospital. Frances was the daughter of the late Ray & Pearl Reeves Riggs. A member of the Windy Gap Independent Church, Aleppo, Pa.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband Harold Riggs Sr., two daughters Vivian Frederick & Sherri Emerick,; one brother Gerald Cook. Survived by two daughters

Margaret Fox of Cameron, W.Va and Donna Hughes of Holbroook, Pa. two sons Harold (Melade) Riggs Jr. and Dennis (Tracy) Riggs all of Tomball, Texas,; one brother Vernon Cook of Washington, Pa. 19 grandchildren and several great- grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Tuesday November 22, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. with services at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Tom Sinko officiating. A graveside service will be held Wednesday November 23, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. in Centennial Cemetery Aleppo, Pa.
