Betty Louise Elbin Kinsey

Betty Louise Elbin Kinsey 91, of Moundsville, W.Va. passed away Wednesday December 21, 2016 at home. Betty was born June 10, 1925 in Cameron, W.Va.

daughter of the late Weir and Flo Huffner Elbin. She was a 1943 graduate of Cameron High School and a graduate of West Liberty University. A member of the First Presbyterian Church of Moundsville also a member of the Order of The Eastern Star Lorraine Chapter Cameron. Betty was a Physical Education teacher for Marshall County Schools with 10 years at Union High and 26 years at Cameron High School where she was head coach for the G.A.A. for many years. Survived by her husband of 68 years James Kinsey, nephew Bill (Linda) Kinsey and several other nieces and nephew. Family will receive friends Friday December 23, 2016 at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 1109 2nd St. Moundsville, W.Va from 11:00 a.m. until time of services at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Tim Wilt officiating.
