Donald Cox

Donald Howard Cox, 90 of Cameron, W.Va., passed away Thursday, October 26, 2017 at home. He was born April 28, 1927 in Marshall County son of the late Howard and Leota Robinson Cox. He was a Navy Veteran and served in WWll

& Korea on the LST Ship. A graduate of Cameron High School also a graduate from Chicago Radio, and TV Electronics. A member of the American Legion Post #18 Cameron. Worked at Packard Electric and a US Postal Service Carrier for 35 years.

He was a single father, raised three children, loved hunting beagles and gardening.

& Heroes Publication #6 by Gary Rider. Preceded in death by three brothers, Gene, and Earl Bennett and Jerry Cox, two grandchildren, Denny O'Neil and Lindsey Crawford. Survived by two daughters Bonnie (Dennis) O'Neil of Middle Grave Creek,

Glen Easton, W.V. and Jessica Crawford of Aurora, Colorado, one son , Donald (Rebecca) Cox of Moundsville, W.V. six grandchildren Bethany, Jordan, Christopher, Garrett, Wyatt, and Darren and ten great-grandchildren and some nieces and nephews. Donald will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Family will receive friends Saturday November 11, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. until time of memorial service at 12:30 p.m. the Cameron Honor Guard Service will be conducting Military Honors at 11:30 a.m. at the First Christian Church North Ave. Cameron, WV with Pastor Steven Jumper & Danny O'Neil officiating. Immediately following service everyone is cordially invited for food and fellowship at the First Christian Church fellowship Hall.
