Bertha Lilley

Bertha Mabelle Lough Lilley 96, of Cameron, W.V. passed away Sunday, December 9, 2018 surrounded by her loving family in Clouston. She was born June 16, 1922 the daughter of the late John R. and Lina K. Zimmer Lough. She was a lifelong resident of Clouston W.V. being born in the same house she resided in until her death. A member

of Clouston Methodist Church for 75 years, also a member of Marshall County Homemakers CEOS for 75 years and 60 years in Eastern Star of Wheeling Shrines, She loved keeping in contact with friends and family around the country, She was one of the last local historians of the community. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, A Dale Lilley, half brother, Raymond Lough, and three granddaughters, Kelly Lilley, Kayla Lilley and Virginia Lilley, and son John Everett Lilley.

She is survived by her son Brian (Carol) Lilley of Cameron, W.V. a daughter-in-law, Sandra Lilley of Cherokee, Al; one sister, Norma Robinson of Monroe, N.Y. and eight grandchildren, Kimberly (Tracey) McDuffy of Iuka, MS; Nathan (Shelley) Lilley of Cameron, W.V. Jeffery Lilley of Moundsville, W.V. Cierra Lilley, Abigail Lilley, Nicholas Lilley, David Lilley, and Nevaeh Lilley all of Cameron, W.V. five great-grandchildren, Kasey (Jordan) Huggins, Katlin McDuffy of Iuka, MS; and Krissy, Kenlee and Isiah Lilley all of Cameron, W.V.; three nieces, Susan (Mike) Grogan of Allenwood, N.J.; Tasha (Greg) Williams of Batesville, In.; Sheryl (Jim) Collins of Simi Valley, CA; and their families.
