Billy Lee Decker, 36 of Moundsville, W.V. passed away January 12, 2019 Billy was born November 21. 1982 in Glen Dale, W.V. son of Clayton & Sandy Bosley Decker. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran. A member of the Light of Faith Christian Ministries. Employed by Dish Network of Fairmont, W.V. Survived by his parents of Moundsville, W.V. wife Ashlie Cottrell Decker and daughter Caylee Decker at home; two sisters Jessie Decker, Theresa (Duane) Ruskin, and one brother Clayton "C.W." Decker Jr. all of Moundsville, W.V. mother & father-in-law Dolores & Willard Cottrell, sister-in-law, Samantha Cottrell (Chuckie Lashare) all of Moundsville, W.V. and twelve nieces and nephews and numerous cousins. Family will receive friends Sunday January 20, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 1109 2nd St. Moundsville, W.V. where services will beheld Monday January 21, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. with Pastor Sherry Mehaffie officiating. The Moundsville Veterans Honor Guard will be conducting military honors. Interment in Riverview Cemetery.
