Samuel Henry

Samuel F. Henry 81, of Proctor, W.V. passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2019. Sam was born May 18, 1937 in Marshall County son of the late Melissa Wilson Henry & Ben Henry Sam was a Methodist by faith. He was owner of Sam Henry Custom Homes and a life long cattle farmer. Preceded in death by his parents, wife, his one and only Ruth Yoho Henry , sweethearts from ages 9 and 11, brother Fred Henry and sister Shirley Wiggen. Survived by three daughters, Tammy (Paul) Helms of Moundsville, W.V. Debra (Paul) Rine of Zanesville, Ohio and Bonnie Wilson of Atlanta, Georgia; one son Edward (Debbie) Henry of Sunrise Beach, Missouri; four grandchildren, Matt Howard, Megan (Howard) Patton, Curt Helms, and Willie Helms and some great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Family will receive friends Thursday February 7, 2019 from 5-8 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 1109 2nd St. Moundsville, W.V. where services will be held Friday February 8, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. with pastor Sherry Mehaffie officiating. Interment in Riverview Cemetery.
