Donald Whitlatch

Donald "Don" Lee Whitlatch 78, of Moundsville, W.V. passed away peacefully at home Wednesday March 6, 2019 with his loving wife Bonnie at his side. Don was born August 25, 1940 in Moundsville, W.V. son of the late Frank and Orpha Riggs Whitlatch. He worked for Valley Camp Coal Company for many years and retired from Bailey Mine. He was an avid hunter & loved spending time with his brother Sam at the farm, he also loved spending time with his grandchildren, sitting on the porch swing in the summer and working in his garden. Preceded in death by his parents, son's Donnie Whitlatch, Terry Olnick, sisters, Genevieve Bushocisky, Evelyn Clark, and Deloris Hoyt; brothers, Charles, William, Robert, Howard and baby Clinton, niece Linda Burton. Survived by his wfe Bonnie Crow Olnick Whitlatch, children, Teri Lyn Davis, Butch Whitlatch, Tonya Yoho all of Moundsville, W.V. Dawn Noelle (Tom) Anzelone of New Brighton, Pa., Chuck Whitlatch of Claysville, Pa., Tammy (chuck) Jackson of Wellsburg, and Tony Olnick of Umatilla, Fl, one brother Sam (Diane) Whitlatch of Moundsville, W.V. 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren, and his fury companion Bruno and many nieces and nephews and cousins. A special thanks and gratitude to all the staff at Amedisys Hospice Care, also to family and friends Tonya, Tammy, Butch, Sam, Lacey, Mason, Destiny, Robin, Tyler, Christina, Sophie, Carla for devoting their time and care over the last year.
