Andrew "Andy" Larry Paynter 39, of Moundsville, W.V. passed away Tuesday May 7, 2019 Andy was born July 8, 1979 in Loraine, Ohio son of Larry & Cynthia Sulzener Paynter. He was a graduate of Cameron High School class of 1997. Survived by his parents, and paternal grandmother, Belva Paynter all of Cameron, W.V.; two daughters, Andrea Paynter of Bellaire, Ohio and Hayli Whiddon of Moundsville, W.V. one brother, Stephen (Mariah) Paynter of Moundsville, W.V. several aunt, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. and friends. Family will receive friends Monday, May 13, 2019 from 2-4 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home 1109 2nd St. Moundsville, W.V. where services will begin at 6 p.m. with Pastor Gerry Wenger officiating, visitation will continue till 8:00 p.m. Interment at the convenience of the family.
