Joseph Milton Metz 68, of Moundsville, W.V. passed away Tuesday October 22, 2019 in Mathens, N.C. Joe was born October 30, 1950 in Glen Dale W.V. son of the late Joseph & Patricia Neely Metz. He was Owner & Operator of Joe's Auto Paint & Repair of Moundsville. A U.S. Veteran of the Merchant Marines. Preceded in death by his parents, brother, John. Survived by his wife Fran Allan Metz, six daughters, Teresa Metz of Moundsville, W.V. Patricia Metz of Maryland, Kimberly Wright (Corey) of Moundsville, W.V. Angala (Tom) Little of Monroe, N.C. Holly Hay and Samantha Metz, two sons, Joseph Metz and Michael Mageau; one sister, Iris (Bob) Baker all of Moundsville, W.V. 21 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Family will recive friends for a memorial service Saturday Nov, 2, 2019 from noon until time of services at 1:30 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 1109 2nd St Moundsville, W.V. with pastor Ronald Williams officiating. The Moundsville Veterans will conduct military honors.
