Dale Koski

Dale Samuel Koski 84, of Wooster, Ohio; formerly of Moundsville, W.V. passed away March 8, 2020. Dale was born March 10, 1935 in Moundsville, W.V. son of the late Peter Benjamin & Pauline Mary Blake Koski. Dale was fostered for several years by Thomas and Stella Fonner. A US Army Veteran served four years in Germany and was in the 101 infantry and was an export shooter and won many medals. Retired from Stone Electrician where he was a trouble shooter also worked many years in Valley Camp Coal Company. Dale was a catholic, over the years attended many churches but most recent attended Trinity Gospel Church in Canton, Ohio. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved his family and Myrtle Beach, and his Amish friends he will be missed by many. Preceded in death by his parents, brother, Marlin. Survived by his wife Judy Gunto Koski, daughter, Karolyn Kurre of Wheeling, W.V. son Kelly Koski of Wooster, Ohio formerly of Wheeling, W.V. two brothers, Ted Koski of Glen Dale, W.V. and Phillip (Mavis) Koski of Shreve, Ohio; and one sister, Phyllis Bara, of Mannsfield, Ohio; two granddaughters, Tara and Sara and two grandsons, Jared and Steven and some nieces and nephews. Visitation Wednesday March 11, 2020 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 1109 2nd St. Moundsville, W.V. where services will be held Thursday March 12, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor David McCombs officiating. Final resting place Green Lawn Cemetery where the Moundsville Veteran will conduct military honors.
