Deborah Kay Lucas Winer 65, of Moundsvile, W.V. was called home to be with the Lord to rest in eternal peace on Sunday, June 7, 2020. Her final days were spent

surrounded by her family at home. She was born March 1st, 1955 in Glen Dale, W.V. She was the daughter of the late Dale (Geneva) Lucas and Hazel (Yoho) Lucas and Carl Lucas Sr. She was a business owner, laborer, clerk and homemaker throughout her life. Preceded in death by two brothers, John 'Bud" Lucas and Robert 'Jack" Lucas. Survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Val "Andy" Winer, daughter, Valerie Hall, son Val "Munk" Winer Jr.; granddaughter Breeca Steele, great-grandson,

Akexton Steele who was the love of her life, sister, Terry (Richie) Litman, brother William "Bill" Lucas all of Moundsville, step brothers and sisters, Carl (Darlene) Lucas, Dennis "Dee" Lucas Jeff Lucas, Carol Blake Anderson and Terry "Bud" Blake and many nieces and nephews and her beloved furbabies. At her request there will be no services. A celebration of life will be held in her honor at the convenience of the family.
