Roy Lee Brewer

Roy Lee Brewer 91. of Moundsville, W.V. passed away Friday, July 17, 2020 at home.

Lee was born March 29, 1929 in Wheeling, WV son of the late James and Harriet Bishop. Lee was a self-employed carpenter by trade. He was a US Army Veteran and served in the Korean War. Preceded in death by his parents, wife, Sally Elliott and grandson, Benjamin Baker. Survived by his children one daughter, Cindy Poole of Texas and two sons, Ronnie (Sally) Brewer of Texas and Jerry (Fawn) Brewer of N.M. and two step daughters, Patty (Mike) Messner of Moundsville, W.V. and Bonnie (Allen) Chambers of Sherrard, W.V. several grandchildren locally, Brooks, Pearl, Daniel Chambers and Chris and Logan Messner and nephew, Joe (Rose) Brewer and one brother, Don Brewer all of Ohio. Family will receive friends Saturday July 18, 2020 at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services from 11:30 a.m. until time of services at 1:00 p.m. with brother, John Barrett officiating. The Moundsville Veteran Honor Guard will conduct military honors. Interment in Valley Brooke Cemetery, Moundsville, W.V.
