Bill Lucas

William Leroy Lucas Sr. 65, of Moundsville, WV passed away Friday January 28, 2022 at Liza's Place. He was born June 9, 1956 in Glen Dale, WV son of the late Dale and Hazel Yoho Lucas. Preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Debbie Winer. two brothers, Jack and Bud, and wife, Allie Hall Lucas. Survived by three daughters, Dawn Lucas, Billie Jo (Jimmy) Doty, and Bobbie Jo Hall all of Moundsville, WV; two sons, William Lucas Jr. of Akron, Ohio and Jerry Hall of Moundsville, WV two sisters, Terry (Richard) Litman; brother-in-law Andy Winer all of Moundsville, WV; and numerous grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
