David Allen Tokar Sr.

David Allen Tokar Sr. 64, of Moundsville WV passed away Saturday May 20, 2023. He was born February 21, 1959 in St. Clairsville, Ohio; son of the late John and Dorothy Tokar. Preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Karen Hemphill. Survived by his wife, Marilyn Blitz Tokar, three sons, David (Crystal) Tokar Jr. of Virginia; Michael Parsons and John (Megan) Tokar all of Ohio; and 15 grandchildren and some cousins.
