Deborah Pelley

Deborah Kay Pickens Pelley 65, of Moundsville, WV passed away Tuesday October 26, 2021. She was born June 19, 1956 in Parkersburg, WV; daughter of the late Lawrence “Jack” and Ruby (Ruble) Satterfield Pickens. A member of the Church of God of Moundsville. Employed at Ruttenberg‘s Clothing Store for over 30 years. Preceded in death by two sisters, Pam Parsons, Becky Allen. Survived by husband, John Pelley, one son, Jeffrey (Teresa Rush) Anderson of Moundsville, WV; sister, Kathy (Alan) Mackey of Waverly, WV; brother, Gary (Trish) Pickens of Conover, NC; and one granddaughter, Grysen Lee Anderson. There will be no visitation or services at Deborah’s request. Arrangements by Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 1109 2nd St. Moundsville.
