Ethel Mary Jane Ullum

Ethel Mary Jane Ullum 77, of Moundsville, WV passed away Friday October 20, 2023. She was born December 28, 1945 in Glen Dale, WV daughter of the late John & Emma Bell Gorby Palmer. A loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. A member of the Moundsville V.F.W. Auxiliary #437. In her early years she was employed with Mac Plastics Manufacturing Inc. Preceded in death by her siblings, Sarah, Alice, Erma, Norma, Thomas, John, George. Survived by two daughters, Carla (Rick) Gilmore of Moundsville, W.V.; Rebecca (Roger) Williamson of Birmingham, Ala,; one son, Rowland (Sheila) Williams of Florida, one brother, Norman Brutchy; seven grandchildren and three step grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and some cousins.
