Foster Noble

Foster Lee Noble 93, of Washington Lands passed away Friday October 30, 2020 at home. Foster was born April 2, 1927 in Moundsville, W.V. son of the late John and Winnie McCoy Noble. He was a member of the Remnant Church of Latter Day Saints of Parkersburg. A Veteran of the US Navy. Retired from AEP and a member of the CB's and also the MRPC. A member of the Moundsville Lion Club. Preceded in death by his wife, Esther Dobbs Noble, three infant children, one grandson, Kristopher Noble, and one brother, John. Survived by two sons, Kenneth (Tammy) Noble and David (Susie) Noble and one brother, Harold (Betty) Noble all of Moundsville, W.V. six grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and some nieces, nephews and cousins. Family has ask that mask be worn as they receive friends Tuesday November 3, 2020 from 4-8 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 1109 2nd St. Moundsville, W.V. will be held Wednesday November 4, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. with Elder James Bowie officiating. The Moundsville Veteran Honor Guard will be conducting military honors.. A private graveside service will follow at the convenience of the family in Halcyon Hills Memorial Garden.
