Harold Persinger

Harold Richard Persinger 82, of Astrabula, Ohio; formerly of Moundsville, WV; passed away Monday September 27, 2021. He was born October 4, 1948 in Marshall County son of the late Kermit & Elsie Persinger. He attended the Moundsville First Christian Church. A US Navy Veteranand served in Vietnam. Former employee of the Former Triangle Conduit. Survived by one daughter, Kimberly (Charles) Konwalski of Warren Oh; one son, Jeremy Persinger of Wellsburg, WV; sisters, Sharon and Annie and one brother, Kermit “Gene” Persinger of Moundsville, six grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Thursday September 30, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. until time of services at 6:00 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home 1109 2nd St. Moundsville, WV with Pastor Wesley Howsare officiating. The Moundsville Veteran Honor Guard will conduct military honors.
