James Brian Neff

James Bryan Neff 57, of Moundsville, WV passed away Tuesday September 19, 2023 at home. He was born February 17, 1966 in Glen Dale, WV son of the late Russell Neff and Sara Robinson Holmes. Survived by one brother, Michael Neff of Wheeling, WV and one sister, Levena Holmes of Dallas Georgia; and special cousins, Jason Gebhard, Stefhan Gebhard, Doug Clark and Patience Tyrrell and Marissa Keyser and many friends.
