Millie Thomas

Millie Jane (Bradford) Thomas 81, of Moundsville, W.V. passed away Saturday May 24, 2025. She was born December 24, 1943, in Triadelphia, W.V. daughter of the late Luther and Della Jamison  Bradford. Millie retired from Wheeling Hospital Business Office as a Supervisor with 28 years of service.  A member of the Cornerstone Church of God.   

Millie acquired her Doctrine Degree of Divinity from D.T.M. Bible Center, Millies's passion was teaching the word of God. She was a mom, sister, grandma, great-grandma, and great-great grandma, and a friend to everyone she met. She loved puzzles, going to the Beach, working in her flower garden and most of all spending time with her family. Preceded in death by her parents, husband, William Hennry Thomas.  stepmom, June Bradford, sisters, Grace Rowe, brother Luther Maynard. 

Survived by one daughter Sherry Mehaffie of Moundsville, W.V. ; two sons, William (Kathy) Thomas of Hudson, N.C. ; Bob (Beth) Thomas of Moundsville, W.V. two sisters, Rachel Makofsky of Columbus, Ohio; and Linda (Ronald) Iser of Triadelphia, W.V.; one brother-in-law James (Joyce) Thomas of Moundsville, W.V. six grandchildren, Jamie (Carl), Eric (Leeann), Justin (Andie), Alyssa (Matt) Madlyn "Maddie," Elane, great-grandchildren, Austin, Ashley, Megan, Kenzie, Braxton, Matson, and Baby T, great great-grandchildren, Rose and Avery and numerous nieces, nephews and her beloved cat,  Tommy. 

Family will receive friends Wednesday May 28, 2025, from 3-6 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 1109 2nd St, Moundsville, W.V. where services will be held Thursday May 29th, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. with Pastor Ron Wilfong officiating, Burial in Parkview Memorial Gardens Wheeling, W.V
