Nile Cooper

Nile Lee Cooper 76, of Moundsville, W.V. passed away Friday, September 16, 2022. He was born August 12, 1946 and Glen Dale, W.V. son of the late Lester and Colien Lightner Cooper. A member of the Harvest Baptist Church of Moundsville. Worked at the Northern Regional Jail and retired from Aramark Inc. A U.S. Army Veteran. A member of the Masonic Lodge Marshall Union Lodge #8 Moundsville also a member of the Knights of Pythias, Little Prince Lodge #2 of Moundsville, also a member of the American Legion Post # 3 Moundsville, WV; Preceded in death by his wife, Diane West Cooper one brother, Bradley Cooper, two sisters, Carol Higgenbotham and Sue Woods. Survived by companion, Rose Lashare Hall Cooper, two daughters, Heather Cooper, Dayton, Ohio; Amanda Hale, Bellaire, Ohio; one son, Todd Cooper, Toledo, Ohio; one sister, Cathy and Pat Edwards of Moundsville W.V. three grandchildren Nuryan Cooper, Christian Cooper and Larissa Michelle Bowman, and several nieces and nephews.
