Phyllis Ann Neely

Phyllis Ann Neely 83, of Cameron, WV passed away Friday February 26, 2021. She was born September 16, 1937 in Cameron, WV daughter of the late Edgar "Bus" & Opal Durbin Rayle. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert 'Bob" Neely, daughter, Cathy Tedrow (Charlie Tedrow) and grandson, Robbie Neely. Phyllis was a Baptist by Faith. Retired Waitress. A mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, her love and dedication to those she loved will go unmatched for eternity and made her loved by all who knew her. Survived by one brother, Lawrence "Pete" Rayle, sister, Patricia Parriot; three sons, Donald 'Sonny" (Dennie Kay) Neely, Lawrence 'Dave" (Deb Merica) Neely and Robert (Tarina) Neely Jr. all of Cameron, W.V. 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and her furry companions Rowdy and Baby.
