Phyllis "PJ" Mae Jones

Phyllis "PJ" Mae Jones 70, of Moundsville, WV passed away Monday August 25, 2025. She was born June 20, 1955, in Wheeling, W.V. daughter of the late Shirley Williams Jones Hyer & Rex Cecil Jones.

Also preceded in death by her brother, Stephen Jones, baby sister Lori Ann and sisters Judy and Sharon and stepfather Donald Hyer. A member of the Moundsville First Christian Church.  Phyllis retired from Reynolds Memorial Hospital with over 40 years of services in the housekeeping department. Survived by one aunt and uncles and several cousins.

  A graveside service will be held Wednesday August 27, 2025, at 1p.m. at Highland Cemetery Cameron, W.V. with Pastor Wesley Howsare officiating. Arrangements by Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 1109 2nd St. Moundsville, W.V.
