Robert Shane Vaughn 47 of Weirton, West Virginia passed away February 8th 2025 in Weirton Medical Hospital. He was born March 14th 1977 in Marietta Ohio to James C. Vaughn and Mary Elizabeth Salyer Vaughn. He was a Christian by faith. He was employed at Opmax Support Services until he had to medically retire. Survived by his loving wife, Frances Woods Vaughn, one daughter Chloe Elaine Vaughn and two stepdaughters, Stephanie Schultz and Sarah Goddard; one brother, Darren and one sister, Dawn, also his mother-in-law Frances Woods of Moundsville, W.V. and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, brother, Ronald Vaughn, sisters, Denise Vaughn and Tina Vaughn and father-in-law John Woods.. There will be no services at Robert'a request. Robert was born and raised in the Beverly/Waterford, Ohio area. Nicknamed "Bubbles" in his teens. He was friends with everyone he came across in his life. He had many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews in the Columbus and Marietta, Ohio area. He was preceded in death by his parents, "Big Jim" & Mary Vaughn, Brother Ron Vaughn, sisters Denise & Tina Vaughn, and nephews Kyle & Landon Vaughn.
I hadn't really spoke to my brother in yrs after our father's death. He was very persistent in trying to contact me and rekindle a connection with me. It had been over 10yrs until I finally responded to one of his messages. Unfortunately I couldn't find it in myself to forgive…
