Roy John Estep 72, of Moundsville, W.V. passed away Sunday July 6, 2025.  He was born November 19, 1952, in Wheeling, W.V.  son of the late William P. & Flora G. Fenton Estep Sr.


  Roy was a lifetime Methodist, and a current member of the Simpson United Methodist Church. He was a welder by trade, and a member of Plumbers & Steamfitters Local #83 for 52 years as well as an Apprentice Co-Ordinator. Roy had a multitude of hobbies from hunting, fishing, kayaking, camping, muzzleloading, restoring classic cars when he was active and able. He loved watching his black & white westerns, anything about UFO's and Bigfoot.


Preceded in death by his parents and one brother, William Estep Jr.


Survived by his loving wife and caregiver, Karen Yurisko Estep of 47 years; sons, Joshua Michael Estep (Amber Mineard) and Zachary John Estep, brothers, Jerry (Robin) Estep and Mark (Jeanene) Estep, one sister-in-law, Phyllis Estep, grandchildren, Bentley Michael Estep & Madisyn Elise Estep whom he was very proud of.


Per his wishes a small service for family only. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association or Rheumatoid Arthritis Foundation.  Interment at the convenience of the family.   Arrangements by Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 1109 2nd St. Moundsville, W.V.
