Walter Hartzell

Walter "Leroy" Hartzell Jr., 68, of Moundsville WV passed away Tuesday December 5, 2023 with his loving family by his side. He was born January 6, 1955, in Glen Dale, WV Son of the late Walter Hartzell and Lorraine Goudy. A graduate of John Marshall High School class of 1974. Preceded in death by one brother, Roger Mellon and one sister, Diane Anderson. Survived by one sister, Hazel (John) Midcap and one brother, Tom (Tabatha) Hartzell several nieces and nephews and his beloved dog Daisy. There will be no visitation or services at Leroy's request.
