Zina "Babe" Woods

  Zina Woods April 6th, 2025, the world lost a very special lady. Babe (Zina) Johnson Woods born Sept. 27, 1945. She was the daughter of the late Ernest Johnson and Inez McFadden Johnson. She was a Christian by faith and was a cook for many years at the Poka Dot Cafe.  Babe was a wife, sister, aunt and a cousin   and so much more to all who loved her. she was a very loving and kind person to all. 

She was proceeded in death by her husband Lloyd Woods. Parents and siblings, Therman, Bonnie, Virgil, Eve, Nola May, A.B., Clyde, Jake and Sis (Flora).  She spent many years raising her boys, Jack, Scott, and the late Preston.  She leaves behind special nieces and nephews. Especially, Carlene and Tracy who cared for her in her later years.   Family wants to thank Moundview Health Care for the care and love they showed her.

A Celebration of Life will be held on May 4th @ The Legion in Moundsville, WV, from 1-3pm.  Please feel free to bring a covered dish.  Arrangements by Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 1109 2nd St. Moundsville, W.V. A private interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
